Carl Svedlund headed into the final two rounds of the season leading the RallyX North CrossCar standings, but ultimately fell short of turning his excellent start to the campaign into a title. In his first year in the category, the reigning CrossCar Junior champion had to settle for third in the championship after a difficult final stretch marked by several incidents and two semi-final eliminations.
