After the FIA World Championship departed at the end of 2019, the Trois-Rivières circuit had settled for hosting a winter Nitrocross round in recent years. However, with the confirmation that the RallyX Championship will arrive in 2026, the venue will once again welcome the discipline on its traditional urban layout — a track long regarded as one of the finest of the World RX era.
